How to access, correct or update your information:

You will always have access to any information about you that we hold. Should you wish to be provided with a copy of this information please contact our Privacy Officer at P.O. Box 764 Willoughby NSW 2068.

Your request will be actioned within 15 working days and copies of the information will be posted to your current address. If you wish to correct any of the information please contact our Customer Relations Team on 02 9417 7955, or e-mail custserv@msa.com.au.

Should you be unhappy about our treatment of your personal information, please write to the Privacy Officer (at above address) clearly setting out the nature of your concern and we will respond within 15 working days.
